hhm, I dunno if I'm the right guy to teach something.. but some tips I can say.. simple. take a good, lil big size picture, like zoom the eye, or the face only. u knoe. then do work with the saturation pen, paint everything almost (if u want) to black & white, but don't paint the eyes. then just paint with blue color, with little opacity, and clarify, contrast so on..
